I had to chuckle over this comment:
"beautiful photograph! SO many of you are so lucky to live around areas with beautiful scenery like this!"
Because this shot:
was taken of a storm sewer run off into the Grand River in the Old Town section of Lansing, MI.
PS: I was sitting on a rock in the river itself when I took this and it was soooo cold I froze my (insert favorite body part that always gets cold) off almost!
Beauty is what you make of it!

Anyway, I wasn;t trying to take away from your shot by making that comment.

This wasn't my shot, but I would have taken your comment as the highest form of compliment ... certainly not a "taking away." |

I thought it was a great comment. I just thought it was kinda funny cause I knew and you didn't!
