I just got home from the people-butchers, I'm not even supposed to be awake, but I don't care. I want credit for this project.

I can't access any sites other than DPC right now. I'm using microsoft word to type out my project. I want to include alot of images from my portfolio in my project. Most of them are going in very nicely, but some of them, namely that blasted blue easter egg, go into microsoft word GIGANTICLY. The squares on the sides of the image turn grey when I click on them and I can't make it smaller.

Does anyone know how I can get my images to fit on the page in another way?

people-butchers eh? sounds rough

it may be a dpi issue there joe, just check out what the dpi of the images that fit are and make the other images the same dpi

Right click image... properties... set size manually

OR...

Resize, save to different folder and import from there.

Good luck.

I just tried using a 7MB 4500x3000 image, and did this:
Insert, Picture, From file, selected it, then one click on the pic, go to a corner, cursor should turn into a double-ended diagonal arrow, click and drag to size. When you click on it, it should also bring up an image tool bar that allows editing directly in Word.
A couple weird keyboard issues affect stuff in Word as well as other programs, such as the f-lock, and the Insert key being pressed (hated that forever not knowing why as I typed into a word, it would be backing up, losing a letter in front).

I don't know what dpi means. o.o

But I right clicked the image and played with it and it went down. So that worked.

And Brad, that's what I was trying to do and it wouldn't work.. It must've been something with this computer..

Thanks guys. I think I have it figured out now.
Now I'd better get back to bed before my mother slaps me..

Night.
