I don't think it is in black and white. I think MAK was saying that the black and white side challenge was ending. Maybe I am wrong but I think it can be in Black and White or in Color.

You could have one person each week be the person submitted to(for example MAK) via email or a PM with the link to the shot in their workshop. MAK could right click save as and re-upload into his portfolio so that each person's photo would say it was done by MAK. MAK could then post to this thread and he could put a blurb in the comments not to fav it until the challenge is over and the owner comes out of anonymity. Just a thought. I am too busy to play this game, but have fun, I'll peek in later to see how things are going.

I hadn't thought about how to do the voting, i was just trying to get anonymous entries available on DPC. The commenting could be done without showing votes and PM to who ever is hosting the photos and they can just keep track of them. With not many voters it wouldn't be too hard to keep track. B&W Free study is fine by me, just let me know where I am sending them and when. I guess we will just be using one of the editing rule sets from the DPC challenges?

MAK and I have been collaborating on a design for the site for voting. It is complete and ready to go. Could all voters please send an email to nicholasmacleod@eastlink.ca requesting an account for voting. Please include your DPC username so that we can keep it simple. When I do the bulk upload I will send out everyones password. As we know the first challenge will be black and white free study. All submissions are to be sent to the above email address by midnight EST on July 4th. I will reply to you confirming the photo has been added. The voters will then have until midnight EST July 7th to vote. I will get the results tabulated and announce the next challenge. Below is also an updated list of who does what. We are still welcoming new additions to the list! We would like to have 10 submitters and 8 voters...Come on people..it is going to be fun.

Exactly. The only reason the voters have to register is so that people can't vote twice.

Yes. The rules are pretty much the same as any DPC challenge. I will get back to you on editing. I just thought of that.

Just talked with MAK and we decided that the challenge editing will be Advanced Editing. These are the same rules as provided by DPC.
