Which Browser is Best for Voting? I heard there was one that you can just press 1, 2, 3 and vote that way... true? thanks

I prefer the one that allows you to use 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and vote that way.

Any will work, however if you're after keypad voting, then Firefox is the one you want.

Go here, to smurfguy's DPC Mods page for instructions.

Edit: Looks like it's now possible to use the mods in IE as well, so choice of browser may not be as important.

I download firefox 2.0, GreaseMonkey, and the mod for keyboard voting. I got it to work but when I go to the errors log in firefox I get an error message on every vote I submit. I posted earlier about not getting the mod to work. I want to vote with the keypad but until the errors are corrected I will have to stay with IE mouse voting.

All the same, they all show the screen and they all do what you want (on this site at least)

If you're using Fx then you don't really need add-ons. Just enable the find as you type feature and when the image loads hit 6 (for example) and then enter to vote. Only time it will be iffy is when there is a number in your username or in the title of the image.

well.. I have the latest IE, so if I dont have to switch, I wont.. but I dont know how to turn the feature on. Any suggestions?

I've installed the Trixie stuff but the script is for Firefox only..

Anyone know how to get this to work in IE ?

NEVERMIND

Thanks to TechnoShroom. I installed Firefox, no addons or plugins needed. Just went to options - advanced - general - search for text when I start typing. It works! Thanks!!!!!!!!! =)

Good job! Welcome to the much better side of web browsing. Quick, everyone else go download Firefox as fast as you can! It would sure make my life as a web designer a lot easier.
