This is Eileena and she was kind enough to be a model for me. This is the first time I have really directed someone and I was wanting some feedback. She is a film/digital student.
some C&C would be great on lighting, editing, any improvements.
Thanks,
g

Alright.
lighting: pretty soft but boring, I don't think the shadow is distracting but others may.
enviroment: The bg is a bit too bright and distracting, maybe you should have used a larger aparture.
pose: I don't think the body adds much but I really like the angle of the face.

My thoughts exactly. Porcelain face and 2 tone arm. Surprised the rest of the details remained.

Buckeye_fan whats funny is your new edit you brightened the background? or well its just not as dark as it was and this user found the first edit to have too bright a background and your second edit has it even brighter.
Just somethign i foudn weird.
The face seems to have some real detail this time you didnt use as much noise reduction this time? |

I was concentrating more on the face and not the bg
