I know I'm tired but can't seem to get up and go to bed; and I will shoot all of your sheep if you send them over for me to count.

Stress, depression, caffeine, nicotine, power drinks - could be a lot of things. But I know what you are talking about. I happens to me a lot. It's like your bodies clock is off.

I think my body clock is set to snooze all the time. Sleep is one of my favourite things to do, and have no trouble doing it.

print some long-popcorned-rant thread from this site, and read it on the bed. sure beats counting sheeps!

Well for me I just can not wake up in the morning even though I want to. I can't get up. I used to drink energy drinks every day. That was 6 months ago. I quit drinking Pop, but I eat fast food every day. I do no aerobic or cardio workout, just lift some hand weights a few times a week. I don't know what is wrong with my either?

That is a false sense of reality...I need my little arrow, maybe if I printed off a full sized replica of one.

You seem to be on the right track, but dude, stop eating fast food. Especially every day. Artificial stuff can be so bad for your body.

Yes it can...and it's starting to show...I have begun to eat better. Hard when you dream about these.

Why not make some for yourself at home? Lean ground beef, lots of spices, whole grain rolls, veggies and low fat cheese... a ton better than fast food for your body and probably also for your tastebuds. Maybe even think about getting a small george foreman grill as an investment for your health!
