Ok, I too have whined about some low scores received on my pictures. However, I've also had some nines and tens I didn't deserve as well. Anyone else in the same boat?

Sure. My recent submission ran the gamut. I hoped for scores in the 5-6 range and that's where I landed ( just above 5 ). I was happy with that after seeing the field of competition. But to counter the two 1's and five 2's, I received ( ??? ) four 10's and a couple of 9's. Heck, even I wouldn't have scored me that high.

Definitely see this as true! I have gotten some 10's that were to my way of thinking just not realistic at all. In fact, in talking with my sis this morning (she's a member as well) we were laughing about the fact that if you post an animal picture, there are some animal lovers who will automatically give it a 10 no matter what, and it seems that there are some who are automatically off-put by animals and give automatic 1s or 2s.

I have also noticed that the open challenge group is harder to please than my members challenges, either that, or I have noticed what usually goes over well in the members challenges. The open challenge is a whole variety of people that may not like the same things, don't know, but I am being hammered in the vehicles challenge.
