...or to the Admin., have an automatically generated "Receipt" to the sender that the "Ticket" has been delivered.
I personally don't trust technology, especially when it is out of my control.
I have never sent a Ticket before to SC until I became a team member.
Being a member of a team, I want to make damn sure I follow the rules, so therefore when I send a Ticket, I want to make damn sure that Ticket gets delivered.
If a generated response was sent back to me via email, then I would not send more than one (1) Ticket with the same question.
We get Receipts for uploaded submissions to challenges already.
I know SC is busy, SO, a Receipt for that Ticket would be nice to insure that the delivery was completed.
Just a thought.
