Perhaps you need to calm down a bit. For starters, typing in all caps, as you have in several recent threads, is considered yelling and doesn't come across in a friendly (or easy to read) manner.
Now then, you're new so it's understandable that you aren't aware of many of the rules and guidelines around here. You might want to check out the forum guidelines if you haven't already. Those will help you to understand a few of the issues you've been running into...such as posting challenge entries and outtakes before the voting period ends or starting duplicate threads.
You're obviously very eager to be active and that's great but you might consider taking some time to observe how people interact in this community and pretty soon, you'll understand how things work. In the meantime, no need to get so worked up about everything. :)
