i makeing a website but need to pck a domain name 1st! i duno which would be best...
the company name is Exclamation photography but dont want anything to long
the 1s availbile that ive came up with so far are...
exclamationphoto.co.uk
exclam.co.uk
anyone think of anything better or think either of them are good?

ExclamationPhoto.com .... I think if it is available you should jump on it ... most browsers ignore case btw ...

| Both exclamationphoto.com and .co.uk are available. Exclamationphotography.co.uk is also available. I would go with the latter and not worry about it being too long. Being too clever is how people don't find the website because the first inclination is to just type in the business name without spaces at add a .com or .co.uk. |

| I think either of those are great. On the one hand it fully describes who you are, and on the other there would be very little to type. |

| You should choose the one that is best but remember that domain names are pretty cheap these days. It wouldn't hurt to buy a couple and have them automatically forward to your main domain name. |

It also doesnt hurt to buy a .com .net .org also just to lock up the cheap ones, people buy em up sometimes on purpose. You can just redirect them to your main name.

Just dont type it into a 'is this domain name available' search too many times, I got sniped on the one I realy wanted because those seach engines keep a track of what goes in. |

ohh I agree with you..i had same problem...I was looking for a domain and tried it couple of times it was available and next day morning I was trying to register, it said. it is gone :(:( |
