Can I join in with a personal grump please.....
I am at my wits end.....

When in Sydney, you [roberly know I had a fall, as I fell backwards onto my tailbone, and cracked my 12th verterbre in two places.
I now in a full body brace. Still have 5 weeks to go.

Well I also damaged my Canon EOS-350D camers in the fall, re the flash section, as it doesn;t now open. Also noticed some of my night shots wern't focusing, so checked with my insurance compant, and they accepted the claim. Well it is now nearly a month since sending it away to Canon, and I still haven't even got a quote back for repairs yet.....

I am at a loss as I have contacted my camera suppliers, and they keep telling me Canon says another week yet.

What can I do..... I guesss it is fustrating, and guess I just have to wait. In a couple of weeks after Peters check up, and my check up in Sydney we are due to fly to Melbourne for my grandsons christening, and don't want to be without my camera.

Sorry for rambeling on, but it just really narks me.....
Gee I think I need another cup of coffee..... ot maybe a stiff drink,,,,,

Just don't spill on the bed that would be uncomfortable. And alcohol abuse too.

I know how ya feel Judi. I did the same thing for my boys 6th. He had a pirate party and that was before all the pirate party stuff came out so I had a heck of a time. The food was hot dogs with skewers made into sails with paper, fruit kabab swords, those little fish crackers wrapped in a serving size net, and the cake was store bought madagascar without all the characters then I took a twinkie frosted it turned it upside down and put a mast on it and toy pirates everywhere. About 30-40 kids showed up and then adults to go with em. It was huge and why? Is he really gonna remember it? 6 is not that big of a birthday. Well anyhow pass me some of those goodie bags and I'll help ya stuff em.

It is a lot of work...but our older two children had big 1st and 5th parties. But little Cai missed out due to hospital trips and stuff. They never thought he would walk and talk...and now he goes to a normal school and is the head of the class in reading...and gets invited to everyones parties...everyone loves him! So we decided to make this one a big one for him...and he is so excited.

He is so tiny...about 10 inches shorter than the rest of the class...like a doll. But has a voice to make up for it..lmao!
