Good mornin everybody! Okay - I don't do coffee, so where's the Diet Dew? oh, wait - I already spilled it! (grumbles about having missed nekkid women the night before, while wiping up the mess on his desk...)
Hope today is the beginning of a great friendship for you Sheila (or at least a decent vacation!) |

Yep! It has already killed 25 lbs off me! I'm slowly switching to water, now that summer is here (have to - thought I was gonna pass out on the way home from playing racquetball last night).
Nothing to be nervous about - just be your usual jolly self.... and serve plenty of alcohol!!! (hey - this IS a bar; what kind of advice did you expect!) ;) ;) ;) |

JUST by switching to sugarfree drinks? Wow, you must drink a LOT!
Then again, the 4 others in my household go thru' as much cola in a day as they do milk :( (a gallon of each between 4 of them!)
Lol, I lost 65 lbs on the "internet diet". When we first got internet, yearrrrs ago, I got so into it that I quit the boredom snacking, even forgot meals, and the weight just fell off.
You'd think that now I have an update button I'd be fading away to a shadow!
And yeah, going to hit the liquor store today and feed mommy-in-law lots of wine ;) |

Today was my first day back at my summer job. Third year I've been there, they tell me that another department wants to stick their intern in my cube-sized office with me. One phone, one Net port, and they want to put him at my little back table...how the hell they expect that to work, I can't fathom...
So who's got the tequila? Leave the bottle, someone join me for shooters, and then we'll have a crack at the karaoke!
