Well the fact that you drew it out makes it easy to make the template. I dunno how much time you spent on it for me to get it straight would take forever in paint/photoshop. I find it quick todo in excel.
Once someone has it visual its easy for me to make, talking it out would take awhile and create disaster. When my current boss (who sucks with excel) needs a form i say scribble it on a post it note and ill get around to it later.
On that note i need to stop posting.... my new goal now that i vote on 100% of challenges is to eventually have as many comments as i do posts... the more i post the further away i get away from it and ill never catch up....

Judi, send me an email from you email account so i can reply and attach the excel ss. It was just a quick one and I can adjust it for you if you need me too.
As it sits now. It will hold 84 products with 1000 entries each. It will keep a running total in the bal area of each product as you enter the "in" and "out" table.

It looks great. I have a dummy question though...why is it duplicated with two separate horizontal scroll bars with both areas having the same information?

The vertical bar separates the left side information that you want to always stay in view. On the right side of the bar you can scroll to the product you want and enter information in the in and out tables. You don't need to scroll the left side.
I just helps you see the complete spreadsheet without loosing the site of your entry info "date", "description", "product #", and "inventory #". So you can be all the way at product 84 and still see the above information.

I dont know what to say lol.... really im trying lol.
For one my membership doesn't end anytime soon so i feel a bit guilty.
2 - Scott did most of the work and it wouldn't have taken much effort for him to do the part i did. I did however enjoy participating.
I think it should goto someone more deserving.
Given it alot of thought and ive been trying to get my co worker tony on here. He is a part time photographer that is about to go digital. He has given me a part time job post processing his work which helps me pay rent.
So if you don't mind im gonna beat him over the head one more time and let him have this gift membership. Ill be seeing him in about 4 hours.
I dunno what else to say... |

That makes me very happy. I have lost count of how many Gift Memberships I have given away....but sometimes they go to members who don't need it for whatever reason...and yet everytime....they always pass it on to someone who does need it. So thanks Jeffrey...now go and leave some comments on some images for others...hehehehe!!

Mynes right. I just wanted to make sure with the resend you have it straight and all. I just cant wait to get tony on here.
Since he still doesn't have his 350 or 400D, i plan on dumping my old olympus on him till he gets it. For the moment hes shooting with a modified 35mm Rebel T2. |

Judi I don't know what to say. You didn't have to do that. I was given a gift membership on my last renewal. I would prefer (if it's ok with you) that you give the gift to a deserving member or R-User that may be in need of help renewing or becoming a member. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your gift but since I have already been the recipient of such a gift I would like you donate it to someone that is in need of a membership gift.
Again thanks,
