Just how would you define residential window? I live in a quaint farming community where most of the shops are rather old and replete with antique looking items, including the windows.
Under your proposal, would I be subject to a DQ simply because the older, double hung french windows seem residential in nature.
Just curious,

The window of a residence (where somebody live) as opposed to a business(where people work)of some sort. [ |
Please believe me when I say that I do know the difference between a residence and a business.
My question dealt more with the windows themselves... just how would you determine that one was a residential window and the one not, as the victorian storefront I look at have windows that are identical to those found in some homes.
Therein lies the problem... how does one differentiate between the two?

Downtown Baltimore an area know as canton. every other corner row home is a business of some sort. Theyre built to look liek the rest of the corner row homes. Some fo the older business's were also converted into just large homes.
Personally if your worried about it DQ's are the way to go, because if its just a harrasment/privacy issue. What would be wrong with me shooting my own window?
(NOTE that i no longer live in canton and wouldnt shoot my current windows with anything including a gun. |
