Anyone use one of these Vivitar DMD-P20 units for backing up/storing pics?
I am looking for something that I can use to back up CF cards on the go, but would like something that will also store and play video files to keep the little one happy on long trips (Plane etc).
This seems to be able to do just that. it has the ability to record directly from a composite out source too, which is great.
Ideally, I need to know if it will store AND play back RAW files from my 30D? It says it is RAW compatible, but we all know there are a hundred different types of RAW file.
I have just spoken to the Vivitar Tech Support Desk who say that yes, it will, though he was very quick to just say "yes, it will work"?
Price is good too, with internet deals for £129.99...

| OK - Just found out that this is also sold by "Pendrive" as a MMV M20... |
