While my Dr. Seuss entry was a personal best, I knew going in that it wasn't a perfect image. The only thing that saved me from being under a 6 was the expression on my model :)

Original Image (JPG, from TIF, from RAW):

My question is this -- if I can't retake the image to address the lighting and shadows on the wall (I had to cut the shoot short because my model got fatigued) can I edit out the wall in advanced editing rules?

Does anyone want to take a shot at a re-edit?

I'm pretty proud of the job I did, which was at the limits of my skills, but I'm curious what techniques can be used to get rid of the wall without making the image look artificial.

Any other suggestions to make the image better? What sort of border would have looked better?

Thanks!

You should be proud. I thought you nailed the expression and the scale. The eyes and the innocent smile were perfect for the character.

I thought the lighting was OK since in the story, it's night time and a shadow would be cast. I also thought that you'd get dinged on your score for it.

Congrats on you PB and a 6.4+ is nothing to sneeze at!
