I really like it! Very dramatic. My only suggestions would be to PP the green signs (maybe darken them?) so they're not as prominent. Was this from a vacation?

I feel that you have the basis of a really very nice photograph, but feel that with some editing it could be taken up a league.
I would suggest:
- a miniscule straightening adjustment - if you look at the bottom step, you can see it is not absolutely level
- some dodging and burning on the steps - I feel that they are a strong feature, providing a good sense of depth to the photo and this would be accenuated with a little subtle d&b
- some burning of the background through the central arch so that the white statue really stands out
- cloning out of the double highlight just to the left of the arch
- cloning out of the two smaller signs (I don't think that there would be much you could do with the larger ones)
- Sharpening.

The composition is good, and despite a tricky exposure situation, you have captured plenty of detail without blowing the highlights.

Thank you very much for the feedback.
I's realy helping me.
I will try to apply the proposed suggestions and repost it again.

This picture was taken during a business trip to Vienna where I had some time to visit some of the famous places.
