I spent 90 Canadian dollars to buy a Lexar 4X 256MB CompactFlash Card rather than 12X one. Does 4X card work good for Canon A70? I do not mind a little bit slow, but is there any other matters? Thanks! |

You probably won't notice a speed difference with the A70 between the 4x and 12x. The only noticeable difference would be much slower transfers via a fast (USB 2.0 or firewire) card reader.
You should have no other compatibility issues.

Thanks, kirbic! But I was told that the photo shot with 4X card is worse in color than the photo shot with 12X. Besides, 4X does not do a good job in movie mode. The store told me I could not change it if once I opened the package. So I have to make sure it is ok to buy a 4X for saving 40 dollars. |
