		| | Is that a DPC legal filter?  Does creating a blurred area with a clear vignette in the middle (or anywhere) possible when it must be applied to all the pixels of the photograph?

		| | It is not legal. But the Halloween challenge was an all edits allowed challenge, so it was OK for that one.
