Just bought an 'Amvona' AT-CF92 on ebay for $53, and added a Dynatran ball head for another $29.50. Sweet deal, very steady, and a great bargain if you're looking for a CF tripod and don't want to pay the big bucks for a manfrotto or gitzo!

I got it from the 'Amvona' superstore on ebay ... you just have to watch for when they put em up, and look out for ebayers trying to snipe it at the last second. When I got mine a couple months ago, they were putting one of these up a week.

I often use the ground, or a rock. Then I make fine adjustments by folding up the camera strap and stuffing it under the lens. ;-P

| I may have just gotten myself into one that I'm now regretting bidding on. Only because I wanted to save the money for a lens. Bah. |
