IMO taking pictures of sculptures and useing the picture as ur own isnt realy your "art"... like a dj remixing a original song

ah, but I notice that in your portfolio, you have photos of 'buildings'. These too can be considered someone else's art, and not yours. Right? You even have a photo of a statue. So what are you trying to say?

| also ide say on most of my pictures i have tried to make them abit different either at the time or through prosessing |

| What a photographer must do is see something a new way. If you see the sculpture a new way, then it's a good photograph. But most people don't. At least with a candid you are capturing a moment that would never have been caught otherwise. So, sculptures are more challenging, that's all. It's only the occassional sculpture that gets over a 4 from me. |

go out and look carefully, how many things people photograph are not made by photographer. Its not what you photograph, its how you photograph. Photography is visual art, if you can present the same subject interestingly you are creative (you do not need to make or create the subject). |

If anyone claims to be original I bet you can link them to something similar.
ALot of people have their own style this and that and are quite unique. But its hard to be 100% original these days.
I once thought i had an original thought once. A "BoaterCycle" (DOnt ask) Well i googled it and someone has built one........ |
