I was offended or thought "ew." I guess because I have nothing against the human body? I thought it was a good attempt at the challenge and that yoga position is something I can't do. But it actually might look more "appealing" in black and white? Maybe the body against the particular background may not be the best color contrast. Of course, it's just opinions. -NBT

cvsh99, you can click the edit button on your comments if you make a mistake, you don't have to post a new one.

Thanks for your comment... things like either liking or not liking the skin tone against the red brick background are interesting issues. I happen to like it, just as Patella said he happens to like the colours in his photo that others have criticised. It happens a lot in these forums that certain features of a photo can be praised or criticised for exactly the same reason. Some people will see some strange framing and like it because it's strange, others will hate it because it's strange and suggest ways to make it more normal. Some people like vivid colours, others say the colours are too vivid. Some people like some well-placed motion blur, others will say the blur is distracting, get rid of it. The funniest thing is when people criticise you and suggest you change things that you deliberately planned to incorporate into your photograph - it's not a criticism of your technique but of your vision. I'm sure I've done this to some people, and many have done it to me, it's unavoidable if you like posting comments. But it's still funny :)
