Wow, I just found out that 5 Dog Productions is having a sale on thier websites!
Looks like they are all $50 and they look awesome!

I just paid to have mine updated a bit and the changes should be ready soon but I'm thinking about buying one of these for later! I have no idea how long the sale will last but IMO they are worth the full tag. Check them out if you need a site! :0)

Those are pretty good templates for a basic site ... can't handle any e-commerce and the galleries are somewhat limited, but still a great deal at $50. The sample photos they use are pretty compressed/low quality, so it would be interesting to see how the performance is with what we would consider acceptable IQ. Regardless, since I have my first paid wedding coming up this weekend, and cards to hand out with my website address but no website yet, this might be a very good option for me right now! :-}

I use dreamweaver....do you know if these can be uploaded in that to be updated and used?

dreamweaver is about my extent of knowledge to build a webpage.

I'm not sure- but I think it's updated like my winklet site which is through a text page. (easy easy!)
I put my images in the same folder and name them what they tell me to (gal_1_img1, gal_1_img2 etc.)

I have an e-mail in asking if it's the same type of deal, I'll let you know :0)

Looks like a going-out-of-business sale:

This site is available for exclusive purchase for $2500.00 USD, please contact me for purchase information

hmmm- that's weird, I can't see that anywhere.

I think the only thing I would worry about is spam if/when it sells or maybe she means the design of the site? but that can't right...

just FYI, I found that you can download a template to play with it here.

if you like it you can buy the code to unlock :0)

If anyone buys one or plays around with the template let me know what you think, I'm curious if it's easily customized and don't have much time right now.

Thanks for the heads up Laura!

If anyone is too cheap for the $50, //www.opendesigns.org has some great stuff and a good forum too.

I bought one from Flash Template Design a few months ago. Pretty happy with it once I worked out how it all went together...and I had some outside help as well. Looks like they've got some cool designs on here though, and the price is good!

I see the (poor mans flash) Swish has some new Dynamic Templates/Galleries

Dynamic Swish/flash is the kind that you edit a txt file to update the site... The galleries look like they just check the files in a directory.

For the Templates you still need SwishMax to make any major mods.
