The point in case you missed it was no where does it say that photo was DQed because of adding an effect, which is the point of this thread. So I don't see the relevancy in bringing that photo up unless the reason for the DQ is incorrect on that photo.

no Richard, i didn't do spot-editing.
i was explained that the photo breached the "creating something that wasn't there" clause at the time (the rules were slightly different back then, remember "major elements rule"?). that photo sucked in score so i'm not really sad that it got DQ'ed but it really stops me from trying any new tricks that are not proven to be legal ever since :p i'm a good law-abiding DPC citizen now, hehe.
