Found this old sign today. Don't see many of these around anymore. At least out in public. Suprised it hasn't been stolen yet.

| Another Ball Buster, Run around Schools in maryland built between 1946-1980. After the 80's i guess they didnt give a shit anymore because they not only stopped building them that way they actually spent money to demolish and fill in the ones that existed. |

| Brings back memories when I was a kid in grade school. Getting under the desks and go outside to lay in a ditch for protection. It seemed that on every neighborhood block there was 2 or 3 under ground "bomb shelter" in people back yards. Fun thing, it's probably more dangerous and closer to a nuclear war now than anytime in history. |
