how about a shot of someone using scotch tape on the sensor of their 5d :-O (the photographer survives, but will the 5d ever be the same?) |

Maybe it could be the "friend" of the photographer doing it, and the photographer walks in. :) (yes, I saw DrAchoo's post, but this would actually work as a Darwin nominee!)
