Which is better: Airmail letter or parcel.
I've received a parcel (hard tube) in the past and the photos were PERFECT. It took 3 weeks to get to Montreal (CAN) though.
Will the pictures arrive safely in a letter shipment? Faster?
Any opinions based on experience?

I believe that regardless how you have them shipped, if they are over a certain size they will automatically be shipped in a tube. I believe this means that they are just sent via a different methode but not in different packaging.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Bill is correct. The real issue with delays is that, as I understand it, customs sometimes causes holdups for Canada.

Thanks for the info. Will speed increase if I go up to Global Priority?
Or am I sunk because of the customs issue?

I'll talk to someone who knows about shipping this afternoon and get you an answer as quickly as I can.

Hey Mario,
Here's the response I got from the customer service team...
"Yes, unfortunately there is sometimes a delay. The method of shipment does not make a big difference, although we seem to have fewer complaints with Global Priority. We have all of the documentation that customs needs, to expedite the package making it through. Other than that, there really is no way to speed up the process."
Hope that helps :)
