Here's a very quick cut...
Masked all but grass, adjusted curves (bring up brightness) & reduced saturation on grass, sharpened image overall (Fred Miranda Intellisharpen Level 4), applied gradient in quickmask mode, gaussian blur of 1.5 px (faded to 90%) to blur foreground. Burned area in top right corner. Applied simple soft focus (gaussian blur of 4.2px faded to 28%
