OK. I've read the threads about online printing sites and mpix.com seems to be the leader for users to suggest. However, I need to print a 12x36 panorama and they don't offer anything like that. What other sites are out there and recommended to use that I might try?

I personally don't like mpix and there canvas prints are terrible.

Bayphoto.com is good. They have many options for sizing. Profilmet.com has $1 8x10 but the rest of their stuff is priced the same as everyone else.

Check with JD Color Lab. If they can do your work, you can use their ROES system that is very easy. Their customer support is first rate as well.

I have been very happy with the prints from El-Co COlor Labs

I had a 20 x 30 inch print done and a 30 x 60. They where easy to deal
with and pretty cheap..

You can order a 12x36 print through DPC Prints

If you are just ordering it yourself, you do not need "approval" from anyone (only if for public sale) -- just upload the printable image through your Portfolio.

www.mpix.com

I have tried so many just to test quality for online printing versus printing from my memory card at Sam's... and mpix gets my vote for absolute best.. that metallic paper is the bomb.. and of course DPC Prints does great work as well.

Who has printed from bayphoto.com or DPCPrints? How is the quality of both of them?

oh - i just saw the question about dcprints â€Â¦ I had some prints made - some were a little darker than I expected, but not too bad. They have quite a few sizes that they print but I can't necesssarilly recommend it - I only used credit from photo sales.

WHCC pricing

They don't offer 12x36 as a standard size, but you could print 2 onto a 24x36 and have them cut it in half.

Millers/Mpix (pro/consumer) is the largest lab in the country - they do offer this, but perhaps not on the consumer side. You'll have to get the next size up print and have it trimmed - in which case Staples can do it if you want an inkjet print - affordable especially it you're a Rewards member and get the coupons.

//hhcolorlab.com/ is the second largest lab in the country. I've also used profilmet.com and tpiphoto.com - there are many many many more out there - TPI is small, Filmet is pretty good sized and does a lot of commercial work - you need a print the size of a city bus? They can do that (but you better sit down for the price quote :D)

Kinkos, UPS Stores around here also print LF inkjet (up to 24")
