On January 1st, a bunch of us from here at dpc started photoblogs and I got so addicted to mine that I have been away from dpc more than I ever imagined was possible.
Well this week it paid off ... I won Cool Photoblog of the Week! It's encouraging, seeing as how I've just made it to mediocre here so far. I'll be back here soon when I have a bit more time to be addicted to two online things at once ;)

I tried to get my blog listed there after I saw the link to it on your blog, but I guess mine's not cool enough as I never heard back from them and they never listed it. :-)
I'm glad they are giving props to you though. Your blog rocks! :-)

Omigosh! You've got some AWESOME stuff there, Amy! It'll take me weeks to see it all. Thanks for posting this so I know where to find you! Edit to add that I cannot figure out how to leave a comment. I'm apparently blog-inept.

Congrats Amy. I just had a look and you have some really wonderful images.
"The renovators chair" is just awesome. Must go back and have another look.

| Hint for IE 7.0 users - to get the comments window pop-up, hold the "alt" key and click on Comments. And thanks for putting that one shot in your portfolio, Amy. I may be requesting more... :-) |

From one former western Oregonian to another... great job!!
I'm not a big fan of blogs, but congrats for your achievement.
Do not let being 'mediocre' at DPC mean anything. By score, everyone at DPC is mediocre or, at BEST, above average when we all know that there are many incredible, top notch photographers that submit here.
You are just one more example of a talented photographer not particularly well recognized by DPC voters. Do not let that bother you.

Wow - that was truly an excellent use of my time. And I LOVE pages that simply dump thumbs (I hate fancy navigation)!
