Just wanted to pop in and say I have entered the Vanishing Point challenge. I am sure it will prove I still suck, but I haven't entered in a long time and I miss seeing low scores when I log in!

You've been doing some really really awesome stuff in the B&W project! In fact for those Suckers not following that, visit chaimelle's portfolio to see what I'm talking about!

Team Suck is a philosophy, a state of being, an aura, an intrinsically good and wonderful thing.

How can you possibly capture that and encapsulate that into a team?

John pfahl will be at Drexel University here in Philadelphia on Thursday night for a talk. Here is his website.

Jeb, he has some photographs in your neck of the woods along the Susquehanna.

Sun dry it for five hours and then put it under an unabridged dictionary overnight.

might i also suggest these fabulous space saver bags? their vacuum-packed goodness seems to fit the team "suck" theme.

Sounds like dehydrated water. Also reminds me of a hockey cheer from college:

Your goalie's a sieve!
He's not a sieve, he's a vacuum cleaner!
He's not a vacuum cleaner, he's a black hole!
He's not a black hole, he just sucks!

Thanks Bobbie. They are good instructions. I was able to follow them (with a few restarts). It was fun. Here's my experiment.

I'm relieved you could follow them Juli I learnt it on the Mac and it had all sorts of fun translating into PC, that shot is lovely. Of course the voters would hate it but it seems to work for some images and it's kinda fun.

Right, this processing is not for DPC, but it's useful for publications, or scrapbook pages, some gallery pages, etc.

Thanks Jayson! I'm having fun in the challenge and have learned a lot from all the people participating. You of course have some awesome shots. :D

Quite a few from Team Suck - amazing talent represented in that side challenge.

Not sure if they've been mentioned yet, but also check out what cosprenks and sherpet have been doing as well.
