If anyone is bored and has a few min, I'm looking for comments on one or all of the following photos. I think I've done pretty good on these but want some honest opinions.

All are excellent captures, IMO. The colors or contrast on all 3 seem a little flat to me - need a little more umph. Here is one with just a minor levels adjustment and a touch of sharpening:


Just seems to pop a little more.

Great stuff though!

All look great.

The bird one could have the bird lightened up a little.

I really like the edit Art did. Good job Art. Do that to both the deer pics and you are golden.

Thanks to everyone for their comments and suggestions. I took most of the suggestions and did a better re-edit with more attention to detail like bringing up the eyes on both so they are a little more lively.

* I also know about the distracting branch on the "his majesty II" in the lower left but I haven't been able to successfully clone it out without the deer looking funny as his rib cage ends in the same spot...
