I cannot figure out how to create rounded corners on my pictures.

I am using PS Elements 3.0.

Can anyone help?!?!

You can get the illusion of rounded corners but there's no way to actually make rounded corners. One way to accomplish this illusion is to make a background layer the same color as the background you'll later be placing the image against. Then you can mask the image layer to hide the corners.
