Hey everyone! My husband is currently deployed, and after 16 long months, he's coming home! It's been an extremely difficult deployment for us, riddled with injuries, losing friends, and illness. In short, I'm looking for a professional photographer that would be willing to come to Fort Drum, NY for his welcome home ceremony to take photos. I would be willing to pay for film and developing costs, as well as an agreed upon fee for your time and travel. Please contact me at jessica.dimick@us.army.mil if you or someone you know can help. Thank you! |

I'd come if you pay for the plane ticket.
When is he coming home?

I'm gonna guess that she likely won't be checking this thread again, which is why she gave her email address. Could be wrong, but... |

Make sure you have premission from the Base to have a photographer along with you. When my friends nephew came home from Iraq. They only allowed his parents and grandma into the base for the welcome home. Same went for everyone else. Only Family Members Allowed.
Also have a look at the yellow pages there must be someone in your area.
