The forum search engine appears to be down right now so I don't know if this is already in a pre-existing thread, but the release date of CS3 appears to be April 16. I just ordered a single copy and one of the suites, and availability was listed on that date.

They also appear to be bundling the various Production Studio software into CS as well. There are now six versions of Creative Suite with various mixes of twelve different pieces of software, including Photoshop, Flash, Premiere, After Effects, and Acrobat. Versions including the video editing software won't be available until June 28.
