Shot a local band Sat night, thought I'd post some.

I'm working on a LCD now. I haven't bought a calibration unit (yet), so I was wondering if I could get some feedback on how these shots look (too dark, not dark enough, etc).

Too lazy to resize, too lazy to punch in the camera specifics (very lazy guy).

All were with the 30d, iso1600, and either the 50 1.4, 85 1.8 or 24-105.

They look good man! I guess a few could be a touch brighter but over all very nice. It's a nice LP Gold Top he's got!

I think the composition of the shots is good but I find that they are all too dark.

nice shots dude! What shutter speed did you use? Did you use any noise reducer/remover in post processing? If so which one?

He was too lazy to resize them what makes you think he PP'd.

Thanks for the feedback all.

I did PP them (from 2-3am after the show lol). Two or three had a very light neat image pass on them, the rest are not noise reduced. iso1600 is pretty clean if your exposure is right on. Shutter speeds were 1/125 up to 1/200 or so depending on how bright the stage lights were blasting.

Now to figure out why they look dark to me when a couple different raw convertors are saying the exposure is correct...
