I have quite a few photos that need a little work..

As you can see in the pic, the dad in the photo has quite a bit of sunburn.. I am able to lighten it up on the face and it blends quite nicely but I am having a little trouble getting it to blend on his upper chest/neck bit... Any ideas??

personally I would use the paint brush tool at about a 15-25% opacity with a large size and 0% hardness and then just use the lighter color to blend in the darker color so its not so hard of a line then go in with the dodge tool at about 15% exposure lightening and then go over the darkest parts with that
