Does anyone have an explaination for why a winning photograph that is very good scores a 1 and several 2's in statistics. Is there a reason for doing this beside someone actually believing that the photo deserves a 1 or a 2?

According to the 8,567,346 other threads just like this one, everyone gets a few low scores, logic doesn't enter this equation. Some people just like the look of the one button.
