Im pretty sure they just made up that definition of hoser... but it was a pretty damn good one!

i heard on much music that the term hoser came from when Canadians started going south duing spring break and they would use beer bong, which is made with a hose. |

| He, he, that's funny! I'm writing my citizenship test on April 18, getting to be a "real" (read: legal) Canadian on April 19, wonder if this might help a bit to pass the test? |
