| Does anyone know if we are allowed to change the Hue/Saturation of the photos for submission? |

i believe it is permitted. However effects and spot editing are not allowed unless specified in the challenge!

You can even desaturate each colour channel separately. This I what I have done during Book Titles. :-) If it has an influence on the whole image, Hue and Saturation is allowed.
