Every evening we have a beautiful green tree frog croaking away happily by our front door.
Watched it last week and thought .... exactly what I need for the Surprise challenge, thank you very much indeed.
Come Friday I go to grab it ... can hear it, can't find it. It goes silent as soon as you go outside, so unless it is visible you can't track it. Even standing still for ages made no difference.

Saturday, same story.
Sunday, same again. Even my 9 year old professional frog catcher came up blank.
Now too late to do an entry, and I really liked the idea I had (won't say what in case someone else has done it).
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, bloody frog!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was probably a CatFrog like this one and its cat personality probably kicked in and snubbed you!

That would explain why when I looked down the drainpipe I often hear him in there was this tabby cat staring up at me.
Wonder if it is still there or drowned in the rain last night ;)
