I have been getting a trend of early votes being lower with the score slowly rising during the week. Hopefully I can squeek to a five but don't expect it on this one. Have to do better on the next challenge. The cell phone one could be boring to vote on.

some people did a subtle grain, some did it over the top. but... even the subtle ones would get panned as being too noisy/grainy in a regular challenge, i think. also, monitor contrast may be a huge variable. |

Still way early but doing way better than when I woke up with a 5.4. The one comment I got let me know that what I was shooting for was evident. It's tough sometimes looking at your pic for days on end. You lose the objectivity of the 2 second voter.

Really? You make that blanket statement based on what? Have you seen them do this? You're original post mentions this supposedly due to the low scores folks were posting on page one of this thread. I didn't see a single 1 vote there did you?

okay I very disapointed. Considering that the challenge is basic edited and we can't do a whole, whole lot to the images I thought I would be doing better than this on the first day.
