Canon EF 24-105mm f/4.0L IS

My score has definitely taken a hit in the past 24 hours. Hanging just over 6.8 now. And Deb, I thought I was onboard for one of your no comments ribbons in "circles" but just got two comments. Not sure whether I'm bummed or not - it's a crappy photo anyway.

And credit where credit is due - Ken designed the ribbon and let me borrow it - I added the words.

About halfway through Grain. I like grain on a lot of those shots. We need to embrace it more often!

Pretty stable the last day or so. Unless something drastic happens it will come in as my 3rd highest score. Can't complain :-)

I'm chasing you hard - 216 views, 145 votes, similar score and a big fat '0' comments. Never been here before, so it gives me a better understanding of people saying tell me it's good or tell me it's bad but tell me something . . :- ) hey-ho . .

For a couple of days my score was running in the 3.8 - 4.2 range. I've never scored so low and I am lost as to what voters expected in this challenge. I've decided not to vote in this challenge because I am obviously ingnorant to what should do well for an image grain challenge.

My score has come up a little now, and I am relieved that I probably won't be getting my first 4. I finally have gotten two comments (out of four) that are critical instead of complimentary so I have a bit of an idea why my entry isn't doing well.

Been real quite for the past few days. Hope it hangs here or goes up. But please don't go down. My daughter's cross dress photo has over 300 something votes and 14 comments. But then again there is only 71 entries compared to grain with over 395 entries.
