What actually is the UTC deadline for submission into this challenge please ?

| Go here and you should be able to calculate the offset of the server time from UTC or any other time zone. |

It is currently 15:27:54 PM DPC server time, and that is 19:27:24 UTC. Does that help? DPC server time is currently UTC minus 4 hours.
