Last night I went to our Photography Club AGM and I awake this morning holding the Presidents position. Two other DPC members hold the positions of Secretary and Photo Co-Ordinator.
I have a lot of plans for the club that I have tried to implement whilst under another governing committee....but now is my chance to hand this club back to the community in the form that they have all been wanting.
So I am pretty pleased at the moment...although I am quite aware that I have my work cut out for me. Oh well...who needs sleep!
So anyways...I just wanted to share my latest venture with you all.

LOL I just couldn't resist it...
ETA: would you mind sharing the activities of a Photo Club president?? would that include getting models for photoshoots?? ;)

congats Prezzy Judi, I had the same experience last year with my club,we will have to have an inter club compitition or something.
Mind you with my victory over fotoman we would be the favorites

Thanks everyone. Kita isn't in the club but I hope to get her involved sometime this year.
I think an interclub comp would be great. Anyone interested please PM me. Maybe we can come up with some ideas.
The Presidents role is fairly easy although in this case we have some work to do. I am changing the whole layout and introducing lots of new features. But I have to admit....I also have a fantastic committee...without them, none of this would be possible.
