edit: sorry, when i posted my pictures they turned out huge so i took them off. Any hints on how to post them would be appreciated :)
btw, I'm new to this site and am amazed by these pictures on here! I hope to be able to learn a lot from the other photopgraphers on here!

Get the image ID number of the photo you want (the last s-digit number of the image's URL). Then use the "Post Thumbnail" button on the top-right and enter just that number into the text-field pop-up you get.
That will put the thumbnail in the thread with a link to the image.
