Sympathy for  valdo. Can't be many teams that have travelled to Anfield and succeeded in getting two goals more than the scousers. Barca came close. |

liverpool sneak through to the final 8!!!!
chelsea, roma and valencia are through too.
inter milan and barca go out!! two big guns exit ... exciting stuff. i thought porto were going to upset chelsea with that early goal. i'm not surprised to see chelsea make a come-back though.
i was sure riise was going to score in the first half. that late barca goal scared me though. i think liverpool deserved to win for the great game they had in spain and the good first half at anfield. it would have been disappointing to lose because of the last 45 minutes ... although i'm sure ac milan is saying that after losing the champions league final to liverpool two years ago.
great game ... fantastic result. liverpool WILL be in the final!! :)

I have to say Liverpool is a good team and Barca was playing rubish. Now I am going to enjoy the Champions League even more, since I don't really care who wins now (as long as it is not Chelsea, hehe). So GET SCORING!!
At least I still have the hope of the Premiership. Just nine games to go!! GO ManUtd!!!
