I want a P and S that takes superb shots. I know nothing about photography so I dont care about all the bells and whistles. Could someone please compare a Sony cybershot W100 and a Canon IXUS 800 IS. I know they may not be compareable but these are my choices. Ive been at this for a month now so could someone please put me out of my missery and make a decision for me. I look forward to all feed back. Also could you please give reasons for biases.

I was hopeing for a comparison from personal experience not just specs.

hi there. I understand your frustration, but you're not exactly helping us figure out what's best for YOU. What do you want your camera to do? What features matter to you? Is price a consideration?
Go check out your two choices in a store and see how you like them. You've asked us to make a pretty personal choice for you, and I for one, don't blame zeuszen for pointing to a comparision chart for these cameras as very few of us will have had experience with BOTH. |
