Is there a reason why we can't use "special" characters in the Photographer's Comments box for our photos? Every time I try to put something in quotation marks, it comes out with the """ HTML code instead....

Any clues?

Here's an example:

I've pointed this out several times and it bugs me too. It seems to occur with any of the special HTML characters like ampersand, greater than, less than, etc. are used...

I've starting use double apostrophes to "approximate" quotation marks because of this issue.
