I don't think it can be "40 years old" ΓΆ€” as far as I know, the last Bessa 66 was made in 1950, meaning yours is at least pushing 60. They started production in 1930, basically stopped during WWII (though there are some reports of WWII military models, I think), and started again in 1948. It's a sweet little camera; I had one in the late 50's when I lived in Switzerland. They came with several different types of viewfinders, optical or folding-frame, and used lenses from several different manufacturers during their production runs.
I don't think they are especially valuable; I have seen (worn) copies go on e-bay in the $25 range. I suppose an absolutely pristine, pre-war example might be worth $150, but I'm just guessing, I could be wrong.
